12/08/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT MORALES Approved ON SITE WITH INSPECTOR SS, AT UNIT #37 GOT THE TRAILER'S OWNER PERMISSION RECORDED VIA CELL PHONE TO INSPECT THE UNIT, WE FOUND MANY IMMINENT HAZARDOUS ISSUES AT THIS UNIT: - TWO MISSING WINDOWS SHUT WITH PLYWOOD. - EXTENSION CORD RUNNING FROM PEDESTAL TO RUN THE AC UNIT. - HALF OF THE TRAILER HAVE NO ELECTRICITY RUNNING EXTENSION CORD TO THE APPLIANCES. - PLUMING IS NOT WORKING, OWNERS NOT ABLE TO USE THE BATHROOM OR THE SINK. - THERE IS HOLE IN THE CEILING. - NO SMOKE DETECTOR. - EXPOSED ELECTRICAL WIRES AND OUTLETS. - ROACHES AND SPIDERS ALL OVER THE UNIT. - TRASH AND DEBRIS IN THE UNIT. DUE TO ALL THE ISSUES FOUND AT THIS UNIT AND PER SUPERVISOR THIS UNIT IS CONDEMN AND NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO BE LIVING IN IT UNTIL ALL THE ISSUES REPAIRED, ADVISED THE TRAILER OWNER NOT BE OCCUPYING UNLESS WORKING ON FIXING THE ISSUES FROM DAY LIGHT TO BEFORE DARK. POSTED THE "DO NOT ENTER, UNSAFE TO OCCUPY" SIGN AND NOTICE OF EMERGENCY ABATEMENT AND OWNER TO VACATE WAS SIGNED BY THE PROPERTY MANAGER.
12/10/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The cords were removed from the pedistal and a lock from the maintenance was placed on the cover. The meter is private and they are not blanking the meter. Did meet with the tenant and she was getting the food items out of the refrigerator to take to another site. RV.
