12/02/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a car into the house. Arrived and the units still on site. The car hit a metal carport next door and drove into the house on the south side in the living room. The car was completely into the house and hit an entertainment center and was pushed into the bedroom wall. The wood frame was pushed into the bedroom and the drywall was cracked or loose from the wood framing. No electrical on the exterior wall where damaged and the wall in the bedroom will need to be checked. The electrical and the gas were left on at this time. A hole 8' x 8' was made and removed a window in that opening. The owner came to the site and signed the paperwork. The owner was not able to secure the house and gave permission to have the house secured. Called Arcaiden Industries to have the house secured. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the plywood covering the opening.
12/07/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The case will be closed at this time due to the owner will be working with the insurance and will have to get a contractor to do the work. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
