11/30/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Office called that that the unit has a backed up sewer. Arrived and the unit has a clean out in the front of the unit and is leaking water from the clean out where the cap is missing. Did meet with the manager and they have been trying to clear the line. Did go over that the line needs to be cleared today or move the tenant to another unit. The manager did call the maintenance to get lime and a cap for the clean out. Did try to have the water turned off at the valves to the unit and unable to turn off due to the handles are missing and the stems are damaged. The manager did get the maintenance to start digging to check on blockage in the line. They did state that a cameras was sent in the line and found blockage at 11 meters. There is a tree at that area. The management did give keys to the tenant and they will dig somemore tomorrow. The tenant will be using the bathroom in the upper unit and staying in the unit and will check on moving to another unit. Lime was placed on the exposted areas where the waste was exposed to the soil. RV.
12/08/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The line has been cleared and repaired. One of the tenants was filling the hole and no maintenance on site. Did talk to the tenant and all is working and has no other issues. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
