11/29/2021	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a alarm going off and flooded the building. Arrived and the fire inspector was on site and has turned the power off at the main disconnect at the building on the exterior. A sprinkler head went off in the sleeping area of the unit where damaged by the tenant. The unit flooded and the water was on the 3rd floor and the water went down to the 1st floor. The management was on site and working with clearing the water from the units and had a company to extract the water from the other units. The water was going down the exterior wall and went from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor. The units were vacated and the management will be dealing with the tenants on the moisture in the units and addressing the repairs. Did go over on checking for other damage tomorrow on the walls and ceilings. Does have the paint peeling in different areas already. The management was on site and signed the paperwork. All tenants have been notified of the incident on the property and how the units are doing. Will be checking the site tomorrow. RV.
