11/29/2021	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a house fire. Arrived and all the units still on site and checking for hot spots. The fire investigators were on site checking for cause. The fire was in the front of the house and burned the living room and kitchen. Has heavy smoke damage through out the house. The electrical was cut at the pole due to the meter was burned and the riser has heat damage to the conduit. The gas meter was pinned due to the damage from the fire. The front windows and the kitchen window were burned. The bathroom was broken from the heat of the fire. The owner gave permission to have the house secured. The son and came to the site and picked the owner and took him to his apartment. The son signed the paperwork on site before leaving. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the house secured. Did lock the gated with a chain and lock and gave keys to the son to open the locks. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front door. RV.
