Arrived and the units have cleared the site and the element on the bottom of the water heater has arced and the electrical has been removed with the wires being cut. The breakers will not reset and are 15 amps on the water heater and appears that the cooler is on the same breaker. Has a washer and dryer in the hallway and will have to be checked on circuits be seperate and dedicated. The other breakers were turned back on once the wires to the water heater were cut and taped. The owner will be able to remain in the mobile home and served a N.O.V. Will require an electrician to check the electrical wiring where causing an issues for the breaker to not be able to be reset. RV. |
