TWO FRENCH GENTLEMEN WALKED OUT OF THE MAIN STRUCTURE AND WOKE UP CHRISTIAN MCCRACKEN WHO OVERSEES THE PROPERTY FOR THE OWNER ADAM ARRONSON. HE EXPLAINED THAT THE BUILDINGS WERE TEMPORARY AND ARE TO BE USED FOR THE UPCOMING GEM SHOW. I GAVE MY CARD TO CHRISTIAN AND ASKED HE HAVE THE OWNER CONTACT ME, HE IS PRESENTLY IN MORROCO. I LATER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OWNER, HE WAS CALLING FROM MORROCO. I EXPLAINED THAT A EMPTY LOT MUST REMAIN AN EMPTY LOT UNLESS HE RECEIVED A PERMIT FROM THE CITY AND PROVIDES A SITE PLAN FOR THE BUILDINGS PLACED ON THE PROPERTY AT 1316 N 13TH AVE. THERE IS A BUILDING ON THE VERY SOUTH PARCEL IT IS PRESENTLY BOARDED AND SECURED. WILL NEED OWNER TO SORT THIS OUT AND MOVE THE CONTAINERS FROM THIS PROPERTY TO 1316, OR GET A PERMIT. OWNER SENT ME A COPY OF THE SITE PLAN AND IS TRYING TO CONTACT DSD TO GET A TUP TO STORE MERCHANDISE IN THE CONTAINERS FOR THE GEM SHOW. OWNER IS HAVING DIFFICULTY CONTACTING DSD FOR HIS TUP. I HAVE RECEIVED 3 CALLS FROM THE OWNER STATING HE HAS TRIED CALLING JUAN GARCIA AND CLAYTON TREVILLYAN AND AN EMAIL WITH THE SITE PLAN. |

I CONTACTED ADAM AARONSON AND INFORMED HIM OF WHAT WAS EXPLAINED TO ME BY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR RUSSLYN WELLS AND THAT THE CONTAINERS WOULD NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY. I ASKED HOW LONG HE WOULD NEED TO REMOVE THE CONTAINERS. HE STATED HE WOULD HAVE TO COORDINATE THAT WITH JAMIE MC CRACKEN WHO HELPS HIM AT AT THE 1333 N ORACLE ADDRESS, AND WOULD LATER GET BACK WITH ME. |
