11/18/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The office called that T.F.D. on site with a unit fire and the water is on. Arrived and all the units have left the site and found where the unit had a fire. Did have a fire in September in the same unit. The water was turned off at the water heater and the 2-doors had the plywood off to get to the fire. Was able to put the plywood back on. Did make contact with the owner and he sent workers to check the damage and he also came to the site. The first fire was in the rear room and this fire was in the bathroom area. Did not have the utililties on due to were turned off at the first fire. Did give the N.O.V. to Vacate and the owner signed. The posting of Do Not Enter were still in place. The unit was secured by the workers. RV.
12/02/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The unit is vacant and secured and is in the process of being cleaned up. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
