10/27/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, DID FIND PAPER WASTE AROUND THE SEWERE CLEAN OUT, MET WITH OCCUPANT WHO STATED OWNER HAD PLUMBING COMPANY OUT YESTERDAY TO FIX THE SEWER BACK UP. I CONTACTED THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND ASKED IF THEY COULD SEND SOME ONE OUT TO CLEAN UP THE AREA AROUND THE CLEAN OUT. PROPERTY MANAGER STATED THEY ARE TO REPLACE A PORTION OF THE SEWER AND COULD THE CLEN UP BE DONE AT ONE TIME. I STATED I COULD GIVE HIM A NOV NOW OR THEY COULD JUST SEND SOMEONE OUT TO CLEAN UP THE AREA AND BE DONE. HE STATED HE WOULD SEND SOMEBODY OUT. I ASKED OCCUPANTS TO CONTACT ME IF THE CLEAN WAS NOT DONE BY TOMORROW. I LATER RECEIVED A TEXT AND A PICTURE SHOWING ME THE PERSON OUT THAT CLEANED THE AREA AND PUT LIME DOWN AROUND THE AREA.
