I SPOKE WITH INSPECTOR ROBERT GONZALEZ WHO CONDEMNED THE STRUCTURE AND HE CONFIRMED THE NEW OWNER IS TAKING POSSESION AND PLACED THE LOCKS ON THE DOOR. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
