New owner is not maintining plans they have removed over 10 trees and did not get approval, caller contacted planning and development and there has not been any changes in about 10 years. Debri and dead trees at the property on the rear outside wall of the property near the residential neighborhood. on west side of shopping center the drainage on the outside of the wall the is darining to the residential area and there are sink hole on bears path rd caused bt the same drainage issue.
