10/05/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, I DID FIND A STRUCTURE TOWARDS THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY THAT APPEARS TO BE BUILT RIGHT TO THE PROPERTY LINE, BUT ALSO APPEARS TO BE ATTACHED AND VERY OLD. MY RESEARCH IN MAPS FOUND THE STRUCTURE WAS BUILT IN OR BEFORE 1998 THE IST YEAR AERIAL PHOTOS WERE TAKEN. UNSURE IF IT WAS A SHED OR A CARPORT. THERE HAVE ONLY BEEN 5 ENTRIES IN P+ SINCE 1994 AND PROPERTY MAY HAVE SOME HISTORICAL VALUE. AERIAL VIEW ALSO APPEARS THAT THE EAST PROPERTY LINE HAS 2 OFFSETS IN THE PROPERTY LINE, UNSURE WHY. I WAS UNABLE TO ACCESS THE ALLEY WAY. BECAUSE OF THE ATTACHED STRUCTURE IN 1998 AND THE HSTORICAL VALUE I WILL CONSIDER THIS A CIVIL ISSUE FOR PROPERTY OWNERS TO DETERMINE THE LOCATION OF PROPERTY PINS AND WHETHER A HISTORICAL STRUCTURE SHOULD BE REMOVED.
