Description:

Gas tank on community grill exploded on sunday on callers son. Southwest Gas went and put a lock on area where no one can open the gas. gas line in middle of community grill are still exposed they are busted up. Gas lines are running through back of unit to these grills.

MGT HIRED CONTRACTOR TO MAKE ALL REPAIRS AND SOUTHWEST GAS CONFIRMED THAT ALL REPAIRS WERE DONE AND NO GAS LEAKS DETECTED. SOUTHWEST GAS RECONNECTED GAS SERVICE TO THOSE LINES. WILL CLOSE CASE AT THIDS TIME.
