THERE IS A SUB PANEL IN THE BEDROOM WITH FIRE DAMAGED.TEP DID DISCONNECT POWER. UNIT 603 POWER WAS DISCONNECT BY TEP DUE TO WATER INTRUSION. PLUMBING: N/A MECHANICAL: HEAVY SMOKE, AIR HANDLER IN HALLWAY HAS HEAT DAMAGE REMARKS: PERMITS REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS, BOTH APARTMENT WERE CONDEMNED, UNFIT TO OCCUPY. UNIT 604 FRONT DOOR WAS PINNED SHUT BY COT INSPECTOR. MANAGEMENT AND TENANT WERE NOT ON SITE. NOTICES WERE POSTED. |
