MANY RNOVATIONS ARE TAKING PLACE BUT I FOUND NO GRAFFITI ON THE BUILDINGS OR WALLS SURROUNDING THE BUILDINGS AND NO GRASS OR WEEDS WITHIN THE COMPLEX OR SIDEWALK AREA. NO VIOLATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
