Arrived and the units left the site and the owner was on site and showed where the drywall ceiling fell in the living room. The wood framing is OK and has signs of termites on the drywall and will need to have the wood check for damage. There is no electrical in the ceiling area and no damage to the outlets or the switches in the living room area. The drywall was removed from the room that was on the flooring and the other loose drywall was removed while on site from the ceiling in the living room only. The drywall was hanging and was not secured to the framing that was still on the ceiling area. The owner had a solar system for electrical just recently installed on the roof in the area of the living room where the ceiling fell. When moving the drywall found termite damage on the back side of the drywall in the area that fell to the ground. The walls will need to be checked due to has termite signs where the paint and paper tore off when the ceiling fell. The owner signed the paperwork on site and has the company that installed the solar system coming to the site to check the damage. The owner will be able to remain in the house and the electrical will remain on. RV. |
