10/07/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved REVISITED SITE, FOUND BLOCK HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM THE WASH AND SURROUNDING BANK AREAS. WASH HAD ALSO BEEN CLEARED OF GRASS AND SHRUBS. PERIMETER FENCE THAT WAS LAYING ON THE GROUND WAS REPAIRED AND REPLACED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
