08/25/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The person working on the AC split system was not able to get the unit working. They are stating that the A-coil needs to be pulled out and they did not have the equipment to do the work now. The company will be back tomorrow to make the needed repairs and told the owner that the unit will be running tomorrow. Did check the temperature in different areas in the house and was getting readings of 90 degrees to 94 degrees and were using fans with no AC. Did ask the owner to get a portable AC unit and they agreed and if not the tenants will need to be removed from the house. RV.
08/25/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The office called that the house has no AC. Arrived and no one answered the door and called both the owner and the tenant. The tenant did not answer and was not able to leave a message. Did call the owner and they have someone coming at 4:00 PM to fix the AC unit and has been repaired 4-times so far this year. Gave the owner my phone number to call when repaired. RV.
