The water from the ceiling was from the upper unit leaking from the tenants washing their clothes in the bathtub. The tub was over filled and when the clothing was added to wash the water was spilling on the floor and leaking down stairs to the bottom unit. The tenants from upstairs have been removed by T.P.D. and the unit has been boarded up. The manager has stated that they are waiting to have the area dry out to have repaired. Did make contact with the tenant and he is worried about the mold in the ceiling with the insulation in the space. Did go over that the City does not deal with mold and will need to call someone else to check and deal with the mold. Did call the manager back to let her know of the concerns of the tenant of the mold. RV. |
