09/17/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, FIRST CHECKED THE POOL AREA, THERE WAS NO WATER, TRASH OR DEBRIS FOUND IN THE POOL. POOL HAS BEEN EMPTY FOR SOME TIME. THE POOL IS FENCED AND GATES ARE CHAINED AND LOCKED. I DROVE THE ENTIRE COMPLEX AND FOUND THAT THERE WERE AREAS WITH NO GRASS AND WEEDS AND THERE WERE AREAS WHERE TALL GRASS REMAINS. I DROVE TO THE ADDRESS ON ANKLAM WHERE THE OWNER ON ADDRESS IS LOCATED (UNIVERSITY AREA RENTALS WHO STATED HE IS SLOWLY BUYING CONDOS AS THEY BECOME AVAILABLE SO HE DOES NOT OWN THE COMPLEX HE ONLY OWNS CERTAIN CONDOS, BUT IS ALSO ON THE HOA BOARD. . HE STATED HE HAS RECEIVED A COMPLAINT FOR THE WEEDS AND POOL, HAD DRAINED THE POOL AND REMOVED THE TRASH. HE DOES NOT USE CHEMICAL COMPANIES BUT DOES HAVE THE WEEDS CUT AND PULLED BY VOLUNTEERS AND PEOPLE WHO NEED SIDE WORK. THEY STARTED REMOVING THE WEEDS 2 WEEKS AGO AND ARE STILL WORKING WEEKENDS TO TRY TO COMPLETE THE JOB. WORK IS IN PROGRESS. I HAVE NO ISSUES WITH WHAT HAS BEEN COMPLETED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
