08/25/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved No one home and met with the manager next door at the other appartments. Met with the new manager and went over the issues of roaches being in the unit. Did find out that the unit is being treated for bed bugs at this time. Did talk to the care giver and the tenant is living in a hotel at this time for the treatment. Did give the updates on the treatment for the roaches that it has been scheduled to be treated on the 1st Tuesday of the month coming. The update will given to the tenant and will check in 15 days. RV.
01/12/2022 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The unit has been treated and at this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
