| 08/19/2021 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | VIDAL | Approved | Had a fire in unit #152 and this unit had a forced entry and the door jamb was broken on the strike side. The west bedroom widnow was broken from the heat of the fire. Had smoke in the unit due to the door was opened during the fire. The management was on site and was made aware of the damage to the unit. The maintenance was on site and was going to make the door lockable for the night and make needed repairs for perminate repair so the door locks propertly. The window will have the glass replaced and will if can be done tomorrow. The glass is still in the frame and will be able to close for the night. The tenants will be able to remain in the unit and the unit was being aired out of the smoke. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
