Still has the items in the rear yard and the property management is giving the time frame to removed the items out of the unit. Has been posted as being abanded and will need to call the office to claim the items left in the unit. At this time the case will be closed due to under Section 8. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
08/19/2021	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Was called by T.P.D. for possible dead body. Arrived and the units were still on site and found a trash bag that had chicken inside the bag and has rotted. The bag has been busted opened and has magotts all around the area. The unit appears to have been abanded and has been ransack and has items thrown all around the unit. The unit was opened up to get rid of the smell. Did make contact with the property manager and will be sending the landscaper to have the area cleaned up. Was able to lock the door and left the windows opened. Did do a posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and the N.O.V. to Vacate. Did find out that the unit is Section 8 and did an Email to the supervisors that the unit is vacant and under Section 8. Will be going back to check if the unit has been cleaned up. RV.
