Evaporative cooling shall be maintained to be free of excessive rust, corrosion or mineral deposits that limit proper operation. Any mounting apparatus for a cooling facility must be structurally sound. Mechanical fans or portable evaporative cooling devices may only be used on a temporary basis as the sole source of cooling when the permanent cooling system is being repaired or replaced. |

Arrived and the tenant was home and was a spanish speaker was stating that the unit has not been working for 3 to 4 weeks and AC for the house was not on at this time due to they have turned it off. The AC unit is a split system. The tenant has been provided 2-protable units and not able to use at the same time due to the breakers pop. The tenant has to use one at a time and the living room was on when on site. Did have one in the master bedroom and that was off due to popping the breaker. Did shot the temperature in the house and was from 84 degrees to 87 degress depending where I was shooting. The protable unit was reading 84 degrees that was in the living room. The owner is La Frontera and the tenant is under Section 8. Did send the supervisor and E-mail due to that is what is being requested by Section 8. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
