Mechanical fans or portable evaporative cooling devices may only be used on a temporary basis as the sole source of cooling when the permanent cooling system is being repaired or replaced. |

Arrived and the tenant was on site and he showed how the air coming out of the vent is not cooling. The main cooling is an Evaporative Cooler and was off when arriving to the site. The tenant has purchased a window AC unit for the room he is staying in and is cooling that room only. The tenant did turn on the cooler and was not cool air coming out of the supply vent in the living room and appears to be lacking water. The refrigerator is not working and was hot on the inside of the refrigerator when on site. Has no smoke detectors in the unit. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
