08/17/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. called that on site with a vacant and unsecured house. Arrived and the units were still on site and the house has been cleared. The house has been ransack and has items all over the place through out the house. Was able lock all the windows and the doors while on site. The house has an upgrade on the electrical and not completed and not connected. The water is off and the gas is off possible for lack of payment. Did talk to the wife and they are getting a divorce and the husband is taking care of the house. Not able to make contact with the husband at this time. The front door has damage on the security door where forced opened to enter the house. Was able to lock with the other lock, the door lock and the deadbolt was damaged. The house appears to have been vacant for some time. The rear wooden gate was screwed shut and the wood frame shed was also swcrewed shut at the double doors. The house was secured and closed the gated in front of the driveway.
08/19/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Came to the site and did the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and the N.O.V. to Vacated. At this time the case will be close. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
