08/11/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a house that is flooded. Arrived and the units was still on site. The roof filled up with water from not draining off the roof. Several houses had issues with the water on the roof or the water in the rear yard. This roof may require getting re-coated due to is worn and may need some patching on the parapets due to not sealed. The ceing in the house is leaking but has stopped and the owner has trash cans where the water was leaking. The floor has been dried up by the owner and only dripping in the trash cans. Did not do paperwork due to owner occupied and not dripping water any more. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
