08/04/2021	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	The office called that T.F.D. on site with a building fire. Arrived and the units were clearing and the fire investigators were on site checking for cause of the fire. Had a power wheel chair that ignited at the doorway. 2-vent holes were cut on the roof due to the amount of smoke in the unit. The property was a apartment complex and the fire was contained to the one unit. Has fire damage on the overhang on unit P with no fire damage on the interior of unit P. The gas and the electrical were removed at the meter to the fire damage unit only. The wood fence was damaged in areas with the fire. The interior has heavy smoke damage on the drywall ceilings and walls with water on the flooring. The wood cabinets in the kitchen have fire damage in some areas. The owner left the site and the maintenance man was on site and signed the paperwork and will secure the site by morning. RV.
10/28/2021	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	The unit is still vacant and secured and has been cleaned out. At this time the case will be closed due to working with the insurance and looking for someone to do the work on the repairs. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
