08/03/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The office called that a City of Tucson housing has no AC. Arrived and the house has no working AC and was off at the time of the inspection due to blowing hot air. This has been going on for several months and the City has provided a evaportive cooler for a 3-beroom house and has 3-kids in the house. Did check the temprature on the thermostat and that was at 92 degrees. Did check other areas and the temp. was 91 degrees to 100 degrees depending where the shot was taken and where the sun was hitting the building. Did call the housing supervisor Eddie and made some calls and Ruben Morales a supervisor came to the site and check the house and made calls to the person or campany working on the unit. The unit was charged and will be checking if the freon leaks and charge again if needed. This is Public house and will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
