08/01/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D. was on site with an alarm for fire going off and broke a window to gain entry into the building. No fire was found in the building and was able to reset the alarm. The building is vacant and has been for about a year and a half due to the business was sold to China. No one works in the building and only check at times by a rep. Doug Mason if everything is OK. He was going to secure the building once he covers the broken window in the door on the west side of the building and close the front doors that were kept opened to let people in to check the site while on site. The building has equipment for making solar parts and the building has been sold to a business in China. The fire investigator was on site and was going over issues that will need to be corrected and will meet next week. Due to no fire and the rep. was going to address the isues of securement, the fire crew left the site and once received phone numbers to call I left the site. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
