work with no permits. the entrence sign had no lights. so maintence attempted to install lights and dug out a hole was fined due to no permits and stopped the installation however the hole is still there with no barracades and has not been covered. Also a dog park was installed and there is no water for the dogs plus there was only rocks for the dogs.
