THESE JOIST ARE BEING SUPPORTED BY MULTIPLE 6 X 6 SUPPORT POSTS WITH OTHER WOOD MEMBERS. THE EXISTING FOOTER HAS CUT OUTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXIT WINDOWS. THERE ARE ALSO TWO AREAS WITH NEW FOOTERS FOR LOAD BEARING WALLS TO SUPPORT THE JOIST. A STOP WORK ORDER WAS ISSUED AND SIGNED BY THE OWNER, A PLACARD WAS POSTED ON THE BUILDING. THE CARPENTERS WORKING INSIDE THE BUILDING DID HAVE A SET OF FRAMING PLANS WITH NO STAMPS. THE PLAN DEPICT 3 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHROOMS, SUMP PUMP, PIT, SEWAGE EJECTION PIT.
