THERE IS HOWEVER WATER ACCUMULATION AT THE MAIN CLEAN OUT TO THE MOBILE HOME PARK. IT APPEARS TO BE IN WATER THAT WAS ACCUMULATED BY THE RECENT RAIN, THERE IS SOME REFUSE WITHIN IT HOWEVER WATER IS CLEAR AND REFUSE COULD BE THAT OF PAPERS OR DEBRIS CAUGHT BY THE WATER. THE INSPECTOR WILL PASS THIS CASE TO THE AREA INSPECTOR TO ISSUE AN NOV FOR THE SEWER LINE TO BE RAISED FROM GROUND LEVEL AS THIS IS A POOLING AREA.
08/05/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GONZALEZ Approved property manager has cleaned up the area around the clean out at lot space 50. This action occurred in my presence due to the ongoing allegations of it not being cleaned up. closing case.
