Arrived and no one home and was able to observe where the roof covering has blown off due to high winds. The AC package unit on the roof has some damage from the 3-ply roof covering was blown off the roof. The drywall in the living room has fallen from the ceiling due to the water dripping from the roof. Has water damage in the bedroom but the drywall is still in place. Has water on the flooring through out the front section of the house. The window is broken in the living room from the drywall falling down and bent the frame on the slider side only. The tenants have moved the items not damaged from the rain or the drywall falling down that belongs to them. The tenants have a place to stay at this time. The electrical meter was booted due to the damage of the roof and the roof is not protected and have forcast for more rain. The owner did not call back and called Arcaiden Industries to have the window boarded up where broken. The tenant came to the site and signed the N.O.V. to Vacate on site. Did do the posting of the N.O.V. on the front window for both units. The owner was called and was aware of the damage to the unit. Did let the owner know that the electrical was being removed due to the forcast is for more rain and the roof has no covering. RV. |
