07/16/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved THE COMPLAINT WAS FOR UNIT 407, IT STATED THAT THE OCCUPANT WAS REMOVING ITEMS FROM THE DUMPSTER AND PLACING THEM IN THEIR UNIT. I FIRST WENT TO MANAGER AND ASKED SHE ADDRESS THIS WITH ME AT THE OCCUPANTS UNIT, MANAGER AND MAINTANENCE PERSON WENT TO THE UNIT WITH ME, DUMPSTER WAS ACROSS FROM THE UNIT. WE MET WITH THE OCCUPANT AND EXPLAINED THE COMPLAINT AND CONCERNS ABOUT REMOVING ITEMS FROM THE DUMPSTER. WE ASKED IF WE COULD ENTER THE UNIT AND THE OCCUPANT DENIED ENTRY INTO HIS UNIT. BETWEEN C/E MANAGER AND MAINTANENCE WE OFFERED ALOT OF GOOD ADVICE OCCUPANT FELT WE WERE BEING PUSHING WITH NO MANORS, FELT LIKE HE WAS ALWAYS BEING CUT OFF AND BECAME ANGRY TOWARDS MAINTANENCE. I DID NOT SEE HIM TAKING ANYTHING OUT OF THE DUMPSTER. HE DID HAVE A OLD METAL BRACKET IN HIS POSSESION. HE WOULD NOT ALLOW ENTRY. I SUGGESTED TO THE MANAGER THAT SHE SEND HIM A LETTER FROM MANAGEMENT STATING THE COMPLAINT, THAT IF HE WAS SEEN REMOVING ITEMS FROM THE DUMPSTER GIVE HIM A 2ND WARNING, TODAY WAS THE FIRST AND IF HE DID NOT ALLOW ENTRY INTO THE UNIT IT MAY BE REASON FOR EVICTION, AND INCLUDE POSSIBLE PEST CONTROL ISSUES AS THE RESULT OF THIS PERSONS ACTIONS. INSPECTOR WILL MOVE TO ALLOWING MANAGEMENT TO HANDLE THIS CASE AS NEEDED SINCE NO COMPLAINT ISSUES WERE VIEWED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
