Caller didn't have the address for the hole block for the houses that have trash on their property from the storm or garbage cans that have not been secured. **also the address 6600 e nicaragua dr keeps dumping trash at the entry of 6540 e nicaragua dr and the caller who also provides car giving service for this resident states this dumping is blocking that home and can pose a threat for fire excape routes and getting to the home wether its EMT TPD or CE inspectors. the caller fears the resident will be traped inside. also the residnet at this address needs to be informed of where to place the bin for p/u and when p/u is.
