Debris and trash blown onto the property the resident at this address states her trash has been blown onto other properties in this same neighborhood. The caller at this address is hesitant about picking up trash in the neighbors yards. The caller doesn't know what the reaction will be. The trash starts from 6542 e hawk dr to 6540 nicargara. Also on that same block the caller pieriodicly services the resident at the address 6600 e nicaragra with in home caregiving. however the resident gets blocked in from trash that > 6600 e nicaraga< dumbs carelessly at the trash. the resedent is handicap and wouldn't be able to move this problem the caregiver is too small to assist with this problem and also with this issue the caregiver is concerned for the saftey of her client to get in and out of the home with out anything blocking the fire exit route and may still pose other hazzardous conditions for the resident to move with no issues.
