07/06/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, ET WITH MANAGEMENT FIRST. MANAGER STATED THERE WAS A POWER OUTAGE ON 7/02 BECAUSE OF A DOWNED POWER POLE FROM AN ACCIDENT. MANY OCCUPANTS NEEDED TO HAVE THE THERMOSTAT RESET. OCCUPANT OF L105 WAS IN ALL MORNING STATING SHE HAD NO A/C. I TOOK MAINTANENCE PEOPLE WHO WERE THERE THIS AM TO FIX THE THERMOSTAT. I MET WITH THE OCCUPANT WHO STATED THE A/C CHILLER SYSTEM WAS NOW BLOWING COOL AIR AFTER MAINTANENCE RESET THE THERMOSTAT. THERE WERE NO ISSUES AT THE TIME OF INSPECTIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
