Arrived and found people on the property and some doing work on the interior of the main house. Did walk around and did find numerous openings on the doors and windows that were not covered with plywood. Did meet with the person in charged and went over the issues happening on the property and the neighbors calling the Ward office. Did check Permits Plus and found no permits in applied or issues status for any work that is going to be done on the property. Re-did the posting of Do Not Enter on the structures through out the property. The person signed the paperwork on site but did try and call the owner. Once all had been re-secured, left the site. RV. |

Did have a person watching the house and staying in a RV. There is 2-vehicles parked on the property at this time. There is a generator on the property and had extension cords going to the rear unit on the outside of the unit and the carport in front with a light. There was only the person watching the property at the time of the inspection. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
