IT APPEARS AS THE WINDOWS WERE STARTED BEING REPLACED AND THERE WAS A NEW FRONT DOOR. FENCE PEOPLE WERE ALSO WELDING A METAL EYE BROW ABOVE ONE OF THE WINDOWS. I FOUND TWO PEOPLE INSIDE THE STRUCTURE, THERE WAS NO WORK BEING DONE AT THE TIME AND THE MEN PUT ME IN TOUCH WITH KAELIN NORGORD THE OWNER ON THE ELECTRICAL PERMIT. I TRIED CALLING KAELIN AND LEFT A MESSAGE. I LATER RECEIVED A CALL FROM KAELIN WHO STATED THE HOUSE HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO TWICE SINCE THEY TOOK OVER THE HOUSE THE REASON FOR THE FENCE, REPLACEMENT OF THE WINDOWS, AND THE FRONT DOOR. THEY WERE TRYING TO BET THE ROOF DRYED IN AND FOUND THE ROOF TO BE VERY WEAK SO THEY INSTALLED THE GLU LAMB BEAM TO SUPPORT THE ROOF. HE STATED THE THINGS THEY HAVE DONE WAS WORK TO ELIMINATE ANY IMMENENT HAZARDS AND TO SECURE THE STRUCTURE. HE STATED HE HAS A PERMIT FOR THE ELECTRICAL UP GRADE. HIS BUILDING PLANS, T21CMO4491 WERE SUBMITTED, RECEIVED BACK, AND RESUBMITTED FOR REVISIONS, KAELIN STATED TWO WEEKS AGO. KAELIN STATED THEY WERE SIMPLE REVISIONS. I VIEWED THE EMAIL FROM NICHOLAS MARTELI, WHO WAS REQUIRING ELEVATIONS WHICH HAVE NOT CHANGED, SETBACKS WHICH HAVE NOT CHANGED AND WHETHER THE TWO STRUCTURES IN THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY REMAIN, BUT THOSE BUILDINGS AND OLD METAL SHED AND METAL CARPORT HAVE BEEN REMOVED. IT IS DIFFICULT FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND WHY SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS THAT TAKES TWO WEEKS TO REVIEW. I TRIED CONTACTING MARTIN ROMERO TO DETERMINE HOW TO MOVE FORWARD, I WILL TALK TO HIM ON MONDAY 6/28 TO GO OVER MY FINDINGS. |

WILL MOVE FORWARD WITH CLOSING THE CASE. |
