06/24/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.P.D. and T.F.D. on site with several fires on the property. The person was transported for evaluation and the owner is out of the state. The owner has talk to the T.P.D. officers on what happened on the property. The electrical has been removed at the pole due to the main electrical panel for the unit has been damaged and not able to get to the panel due to the panel is being blocked by a truck and have no keys to move the truck. The building is locked but has damage where the tenant was using an axe and made holes in the walls and doors. The entry gate has also been damaged and laying on the ground. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the door to the unit. The owner will call for the paperwork. RV.
