WITH CE ON SITE, CE WILL ISSUE A 10 DAY NOTICE FOR MGT TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH A/C UPGRADE PLANS TO INCLUDE HAVING A LICENSED CONTRACTOR COMPLETE THE ELECTRICAL WORK. TENANT MUST PROVIDE ACCESS AND MAKE SURE HER GUEST ALLOWS ACCESS AS WELL. MGT TO SIGN NOTICE, WILL FOLLOW UP JULY 3, 2021.
