06/24/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Supervisor Martin Romero received a call on the property for living condition. Arrived and the owner was on site and checked a camper where the son is living on the property and lacking all utilities to the area of the camper. Has other area marked off for storage and for dogs. Did find a hose for water in the alley and appears getting water from the neighbors property from the hose bibb. The hose was pulled back. Has a generator connected to the extension cord in the are for power when needed. Did do a posting on the camper of Do Not Enter in 2-different areas and also a posting of a N.O.V. to Vacate. The door to the camper has locks from the outside on a hasp. Does have some trash and debris and the owner stated that will be removed soon due to some is her and will call the other son to remove the trash and debris. The person staying in the camper is the son of the owner and listed on the Pima County Assessor Records as a part owner with no percentage. The N.O.V. is in the sons name at this time due to he is the one staying in the camper. The mother is not allowing the son to use the electrical on the house due to has damaged or burned the boxes that are being connected too. At this time the main disconnect has on one side or phase working and the fuse may need to be replace to get working. Not allowed to connect to the water to the house due to not paying for the water. Has been to this property for the same issue with T.P.D. Will do N.O.V. for the trash and debris and the storage and the camper being lived in. RV.
01/26/2022 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The camper was vacated and secured. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
