06/28/2021 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | BERMUDEZ | Approved | On site; I have not received the invoice from the plumber however I did get confirmation from the customer rep from Silverado plumbing that the company was out and did snake the main clean out for unit 50, they just have a long process for invoice and plumber's notes prior to sending out to their customers. I found refuse to include feces and toilet paper near the main clean out left by the backup. I also found same matter under the mobile home. Property mgt had already disinfected the area and they were in process of the cleanup of the solid matter. All plumbing is in good working order from mobile home to main sewer line. The mobile homeowner Randy shows signs of metal instability not only in speaking with him but over text messages, his messages were extremely erratic and then they were composed with full understanding of all issues and had no complaints as the City did a wonderful job on actions taken. Will close case at this time. |
