06/22/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a boarding home with a person staying in a storage room area. Arrived and the fire unit was still on site and has a older gentalman staying in a room that was a storage room and has been drywalled with a AC window unit in the wall to cool the room. The room is not big enough to be call a bedroom due to under 81s.f. and lacking a closet. Has no access to the house due to the door to the house is blocked and has to go outside to enter the house. The person is on a wheelchair and a VET. Did make some phone calls and the person was taken to the V.A. Hospital to get assistance. Was able to enter the house and check the interior of the house and has a layout that is with added bedrooms and has no clear paths for existing to exit in the event of an emergency. RV.
01/25/2022 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved At this time the case will be closed and will have to do a warrant to have the interior check at a later time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
