Was able to see where the wires touched the box and arced when connecting. T.E.P. was called to the site to remove the electrical and they were going to cut power at the pole at the top of the conduit. The interior of the mobile home was checked by T.P.D. and found no one inside the home. The house was hoarding and will be boarded up due to the doors are broken and not locking. The supervisor Martin Romero was on site and gave permission to have the mobile home secured with plywood.
