07/02/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Went to the site and is a complex with multple units on the property. Did meet with the management on site and walked the area on the west side outside the masonry wall and found some dog waste that is aged and from the neighborhood pets. The complex does not allow pets on the property and has the masonry wall that separates the complex to the right away area for walking by the street. The management will monitor the area once a week and clean if needed. No roaches and if from a unit has no unit number. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
