06/21/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a brush fire and burned into house. Arrived and the units have left the site and T.E.P. on site due to the wires on the pole were damaged. There was an arc at the wires and started the dead grass in the easement on fire and went into the neighbors property. Tbe tall grass and weed in the yard did burn and no damage to the house or carport. Does have a wood frame shed that some burning on the top place and the other portion are OK. Does have the main electrical panel in the rear of the house and has no damage to the electrical panel. The service wire is also OK and was checked by T.E.P. Southwest Gas was on site with checking the gas meter in the rear of the property and the survey was OK. Another crew is coming to check the gas meter to check if going to be replaced due to the heat they received during the fire. The owner is out of state and the neighbor has the key to the house. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
