FOUND REFRIGERATOR LEAKING, MISSING DRAWERS AND DRAWER FRONTS. FRONT DOOR JAMB WAS SEVERELY CRACKED AND STRIKER PLATE MISSING SO THAT DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE AND LATCH. BEDROOM WINDOW WAS BROKEN WHEN OCCUPANT MOVED IN AND WAS BOARDED AND NOT REPAIRED. OCCUPANT STATED MANAGERS WERE NOT MAKING ANY REPAIRS AND NOW THERE ARE NEW MANAGERS 2 DAYS INTO THE JOB. NOV ISSUED WHILE ON SITE. SUGGESTED TO MANAGERS THAT THE OCCUPANT BE PLACED IN A DIFFERENT UNIT OR BE ALLOWED TO BREAK LEASE.
09/17/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved FRONT WINDOW GLASS WAS REPAIRED, FRONT DOOR JAMB WAS REPAIRED. TILE WAS REPLACED AND NEW STOVE PROVIDED. THE OCCUPANTS IN 211 WERE EVICTED AND THERE IS NO MORE LEAKING. BASEBOARD REPLACED NEXT TO THE BATHROOM AND PEST CONTROL HAS BEEN PROVIDED. ALL ISSUES AND ADDED ISSUES HAVE BEEN ABATED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
