06/15/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The office called that the units are not cooling. Arrived and the manager was on site and stated that the chiller unit had lost a phase and was running on one leg. A contractor was called to the site to work on the system and got it working and has been working for about an hour at this time. Did meet with the tenant and was able to check the temp. coming out of the vent and was in the 77 to 79 degrees range. Will be checking the site tomorrow to check if working correctly. RV.
10/12/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Not able to find the tenant and did talk to the management and the electrical has been repaired. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
